Prepare a marinade to taste with this original Portuguese flavour by mixing it with olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice.

Prawns Piri Piri
An outstanding spice that reminded me of this classic dish which was so famous in Lourenco Marques, Mocambique, now Maputo. Highly recommend this. I added just a tiny sprinkle to the shellfish before cooking and a full tablespoon to the lemon butter parsley and garlic sauce.
