I am named after the national dish of Lebanon: kebbeh or kibbie.
I flavour these bulgur wheat and meat croquettes in the shape of a "ball" with my mixture of savoury herbs and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
Ingredients: cumin, caraway, fennel, cinnamon, white pepper, basil rubbed, cardamom, marjoram, nutmeg, red pepper.
