Ingredients

½ cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup canola oil (optional, may use an air popper instead)
4 tbsp butter (replace with coconut oil for a vegan option)
1 ½ tsp A Spice Affair’s Apple Pie or Pumpkin Spice
2 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Use an air popper to pop popcorn kernels or combine popcorn and ¼ cup canola oil in a large pot with cover. Cook over medium-high heat, occasionally shaking the pot, until popcorn is popped (about 5 minutes). Transfer popcorn to a large serving bowl.

In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in the seasoning of choice and stir over low heat until well combined.

Drizzle seasoned butter over the popcorn and toss to evenly coat. Enjoy!
