This blend is so good, using it in many diffrent dishes. Pasta, rice, egg, potato fried and baked and also in our typical Dutch boiled potato dishes called stamppot. After going vegeterian and even vegan this spice adds that specific flavour i missed. You only need a little spoon of it, just perfect!

This will have you dreaming of ways to use it! I’ve mixed it in the yokes for deviled eggs (tastes like breakfast), mixed it with olive oil and drizzled it over fries before frying them in my air fryer for out of this world Poutine, and I’ve made compound butter by mixing it in soft then chilling it and had it on hot pancakes with maple syrup, and on a juicy ribeye steak. There are so many ways, still to explore. And it’s vegan, go figure.
