This spice blend is good on ice cream. Sotheby’s the apple flavour we have used it on pork chops and pork tenderloin. It adds a nice flavour.

I love the apple pie spice blend for many more uses than just apple pie. I use it regularly in my breakfast oatmeal. I use it in the toppings for crisps and crumbles, and in batches of stewed fruits, like rhubarb or peaches. I use a sprinkle in my pancake batter as well. It also is a nice change in any recipe that uses cinnamon - adding a bit more flavour than cinnamon alone.
