Ingredients
For the crispy tofu:

1 block firm tofu (about 350 g)

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 to 3 tbsp Let’s Ketchup Seasoning – The Spice Age
For the dip sauce:

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Let’s Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning
Preparation
Tofu
Drain the tofu using a clean kitchen towel to remove excess water, then cut into small even cubes.
In a bowl, toss the cubes with cornstarch and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Let’s Ketchup Seasoning – The Spice Age. A until evenly coated.
Spread the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Dip (Optional)
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Let’s Ketchup Seasoning – The Spice Age to make a creamy, flavorful dip.
