Ingredients
For the salad:

1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

2 Lebanese cucumbers, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

3 green onions, sliced

4–5 radishes, thinly sliced

1/3 cup pomegranate arils

1 cup crunchy pita chips
For the dressing:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp Sumac A Spice Affair
-
1/2 tsp dried mint
-
1 tsp dried parsley
-
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
-
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Préparation
Chop the Veggies
In a large salad bowl, combine romaine, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, green onions, radishes, and pomegranate arils.
Make the Dressing
In a small jar, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, Sumac A Spice Affair, Premium Zaatar A Spice Affair, dried mint, parsley, pomegranate molasses, and Himalayan pink salt. Shake well until fully blended.
Assemble
Pour the dressing over the chopped veggies. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Top and Serve
Just before serving, add the pita chips for that perfect crunch. Enjoy fresh, as a main or side dish!
