INGREDIENTS
For the Burgers:
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Korean BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 burger buns
- Green lettuce
- Shredded red cabbage
PREPARATION
1. Prepare the burger patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of Korean BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair. Mix gently and form into 4 burger patties.
2. Cook the burgers
Grill on the BBQ or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Toast the burger buns.
3. Assemble
Mix 1 tablespoon of Korean BBQ Seasoning with the mayonnaise. Spread onto the toasted buns, then layer with the burger, lettuce, and shredded red cabbage. Serve immediately.
