My powder is made from ripe Poblano peppers, which are then dried and ground. When dried, I turn reddish brown and can be compared to paprika: mild, sweet, and slightly smoky, but I'm somewhat stronger. You can sprinkle me lightly on your pasta, baked potatoes, vegetables, soups, pizzas, popcorn, chicken, stews, and of course Mexican dishes.
