INGRÉDIENTS

 

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Turkey Gravy Seasoning A Spice Affair
  • ¾ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

PRÉPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and Turkey Gravy seasoning.
  3. Cut in the cold butter cubes until small lumps of flour form. Slowly add half the milk, mixing until combined. Add the remaining milk and continue kneading until a sticky dough starts to form.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese with a spoon. Drop about 2-3 tbsp of dough per biscuit onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake on the middle rack for 17-19 minutes, or until golden.
  6. While the biscuits are still hot, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley, then brush over each biscuit. Enjoy!
