I am the Syrian version of Zaatar, I differ from the Jordanian Zaatar with my classic flavour mix of sesame, spices & sumac, but deliver a zestier taste.

Use me to dust meat before cooking, season oil and vinegar dressings for salads, or in any middle-eastern style cooking.

PS. I'm also particularly delicious over hummus, beans, eggs or vegetables.
