Not your Regular, Squash Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

With an electric mixer, mix together:
3 1/2 cups Cooked squash
1/3 cup Almond flour
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon A Spice Affair Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Pink salt
Once incorporated spread evenly in a 8x8 baking dish, set aside.
In a frying pan over low- medium heat fry:
3 chopped slices of bacon
Once half way cooked add into the skillet:
1 Chopped apple
1/3 cup Shredded coconut
1/3 cup Chopped pecans
1/4 tsp A Spice Affair Maple Pepper Seasoning

Continue cooking, stirring frequently until bacon is fully cooked. Once cooked spread evenly on top of squash mixture. Put into preheated oven for 20 minutes.
