BACON & FINE HERBS CHICKEN WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Chicken

 Creamy Mushroom Bacon & Fine Herbs Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree

  2. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add the chicken and season with Italian Herbs, Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper Ground. Pan Sear each side of the chicken for 1 minutes until brown

  3. Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout. Set chicken aside on a plate

  4. Using the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until soft. Add the heavy cream, Bacon & Fine Herbs Seasoning and Black Pepper Ground. Bring to a simmer until the sauce starts to thicken. Taste and add salt if needed

  5. Add the chicken, heat for another minute and serve immediately
